Final Photo Shoots Before the Christmas Cut Off

Its only 51 days till Christmas eeeeek. The big fat man in red is fat approaching.

Due to the great success of our recent Christmas promotion we are extending the offer for another 2 dates.

Saturday 13th November at Glennifer Brae Manor House in Wollongong. Glennifer Brae is a gorgeous Tudor style house surrounded by amazing gardens. If you’re lucky, Cinderella might be home when we are there, but sometimes she’s out shopping. (This location is not suitable for non walking babies.)

Then Sunday 14th November in the studio (at Horsley), studio sessions create beautiful images on a contemporary white background. Studio sessions are particularly suited to non walking babies.

Cost of the photo shoot is $149 which includes two 8×12 matted gift prints, total value of $215.

These will be the final sessions before the Christmas cut off.

Places are limited and spaces will fill very quickly.

Christmas Cards

Bella Piccolo is pleased to offer beautiful cards this year. These cards are printed on the highest quality stock and come with matching envelopes for your convenience. There are two styles to choose from, Deluxe Card Set and the Muliti Card Set. Details of each are below. All cards are $6 each with a minimum purchase of 25 cards. Discounts apply for large quantities. These are available to families who have already had a photo shoot this year as well as new families who will be having a photo shoot at our final Christmas sessions.

Deluxe Christmas Card Set

The Deluxe Christmas Card set is 25 professional printed folded greeting cards. The pack contains 25 identical cards with matching envelopes.

The front, inside spread and back can all be fully customised.

These are truly stunning and will have your friends talking about them well into next year. Relatives love them too, as they not only get a beautiful card but a keepsake with photographs of your family.

Multi Christmas Card Set

The Multi Christmas Card set is for those of you who find it hard to decide on just one design. This set includes 25 professional printed cards with up to 25 different front cover designs. The inside spread can only have a small amount of text (no images) and the back is not customisable.

Pocket Gift Calendars

I’m also very excited to announce our new Pocket Gift Calendars. These are just so adorable. They are 2.5 by 3.5 inches in size, fully printed back and front. They are an accordion style mini album with a book bound front and back cover. The calendars contain a separate panel for each month plus two photos of your choice. The front cover is printed with your children’s names and the back cover includes the year (2011). Each calendar comes in its own plastic cover and has magnetic closures.

Calendars are $50 each with a minimum purchase of 3.

Orders for these must be placed by Sunday 14th November 2010.

I am so so behind with my blogging. I think I’ve come to the realisation that I’m a hopeless blogger. I admire the daily bloggers out there, I ain’t one of them.

I photographed Angus and Finn about 3 months ago, see I told you I was bad. These two guys were sooooo much fun. Beautiful brothers.

Well I know its only September but Christmas will be here in a blink. So I have set aside 3 days for Christmas photo shoots.

Saturday 25th September (first weekend of the school holidays) I will be having sessions at Pixie Glen, a gorgeous reserve in Horsley, with lots of natural Australia bush, long reeds and if you look carefully you might even find a fairy’s house. (This location is not suitable for non walking babies.)

I’m so excited to be able to finally show you these images. Sleeping Wings is a brand new baby sleeping product. I have been working with Shae for the past few months and now the product has been launched. We did the photo shoot back in April and had a great day with 10 gorgeous babies and mums.

How Did Sleepy Wings Evolve?

Getting up to replace a baby’s lost dummy at night can be very tiring. Unfortunately it is not until they are eight months old when most babies learn to manage their own dummy during the night

I designed Sleepy Wings^TM in the early hours of the morning when I would lie awake waiting for the next attendance cry from my 2nd baby Alannah, to replace her dummy again.

There just had to be a way to teach Alannah to find her own dummy.”

After several homemade prototypes, and endless hours of web searching, it became apparent that there was no such garment design that simply allows an infant to replace their own dummy within head turn reach, prevent scratching AND keep those wondering hands under control whilst milk feeding!

What is Sleepy Wings?

Sleepy Wings^TM is an infant slumber wear jacket, designed to mimic the swaddling method of wrapping, however, without the excess layers making Sleepy Wings^TM ideal for all seasons Sleepy Wings^TM provides parents an alternative aid to assist their baby’s sleep, feed and scratching habits in the first 6 months when a baby has little control of their own limbs.

Slept safely on their back, a baby’s natural sleep position is to have their arms bent at the elbows, with hands up beside their face. Without restricting this position, Sleepy Wings^TM allows a baby to comfort themselves with access to their mouth to self console.

The unique single opening is the arm hole for both left and right arms. This ribbed opening stretches to provide a snug and secure fit for a baby from birth up to 8kgs in weight.

What a fun session this was. These guys had me in stitches. Ethan and Mikayla and twins then there’s cheeky Oliver and gorgeous little Lachlan. What a fantastic family.

Ethan and Mikayla are twins and their mum as asked my to have a special photo day for the Multiple Births Association. How much fun is that going to be. Can’t wait.
